These terms are the agreement between you and Kadir Osman Üst ("we", "us") for the remind2us app and this website. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

What the service is

remind2us lets you create reminders and share them with another person, so you both get the notification and both see when it is done. Some features are free; some require a paid subscription.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 years old to use remind2us.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
Give us an email address that reaches you — it is how we recover your account.
One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone else.

Using it fairly

Do not use remind2us to:

Send anyone unwanted, harassing or abusive messages, including through reminders and nudges.
Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights.
Attack, overload, reverse-engineer or work around the technical limits of the service, or access accounts that are not yours.
Resell the service or use it to build a competing product.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

Your content

Your reminders are yours. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the service — to store your reminders, show them to the people you share them with, and send the notifications you asked for. Nothing more.

Remember that a shared reminder is visible to the person you share it with. Share accordingly.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store. Apple takes the payment; we never see your card details.
A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your Apple ID subscription settings — cancelling in the app alone does not stop billing.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy. We cannot issue them directly.
If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel.

Availability

We work to keep remind2us running and to deliver notifications on time, but we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or that every notification will arrive exactly when intended — delivery depends on Apple's and your device's notification systems, and on your network.

Please do not rely on remind2us alone for anything where a missed reminder would be dangerous or costly — medication, medical appointments, legal or financial deadlines. It is a helpful nudge between two people, not a safety-critical system.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from the app; doing so removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or discontinue the service entirely — in which case we will give reasonable notice and, where a paid period remains, arrange a refund of the unused part through Apple.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a missed or late notification. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use remind2us afterwards means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
